Join me on my culinary journey as I blog about recipes, nutrition and kitchen tips. The majority of the recipes are focused on healthy, whole foods, influenced by research on nutrition and inquiry into the world of Ayurveda medicine. Some recipes were motivated by my endurance athlete friends to address the needs of fueling the athlete. Other recipes are kid-friendly and were inspired by four hungry children. And while I’d love to use the kids as my excuse, I take full responsibility for an occasional and reasonable amount of indulgence.
